The problem
Why painting estimates eat your evenings
Prep is where painting jobs lose money
Moving furniture, masking, patching. If it is not on the quote, it is free.
Gallons by guesswork
Arez works out paint from the wall and ceiling area and the number of coats.
Customers compare three bids
A clear, itemized quote that shows prep and coats beats a single number on a card.
How Arez handles it
One sentence in, an itemized painting estimate out
- Arez reads the job and tells you what it assumed: same colors family, no primer coat; trim not included; light patching only.
- It builds the estimate with your labor rate and your 20% markup. Labor is in hours, so it is easy to check.
- Change anything by saying it, then send it as a proposal the customer signs on their phone.
