Is Arez only for estimating?
No. Estimating is where it starts, but Arez also runs the job: scheduling, crew time, tasks, change orders, invoices, payments and job costs.
Does my crew need an account?
No. Crew members are records you add; they can clock in from a shared board without their own login, or from the app.
Can my team see my prices?
Not unless you let them. Each team member gets a role, and field roles do not see your markup or costs.
How many people can use it?
Team seats are 1 on Starter, 3 on Professional and 5 on Agency, including you. Crew records for time tracking are separate from seats.
Can I track what a job really cost?
Yes. Approved crew hours and receipts are added to the job so you can compare cost with the estimate.
